We’ll schedule a brief introductory call to discuss:

  • your home

  • your pets (if applicable)

  • your travel dates

  • whether we’re a great fit for each other

We only accept a small number of households each year, so this conversation helps ensure your needs align with our calm, boutique care model.

🌺 For New Clients

🌿 Step 2: Complimentary Meet & Greet

We’ll arrange a friendly Meet & Greet at your Hilton Head Island home.
During our visit, we will:

  • meet your pets (if any)

  • tour your home

  • review routines and expectations

  • confirm access instructions

  • discuss your upcoming travel

  • answer any questions you may have

  • outline our care plan

For house-sitting-only clients, we focus on home systems, security, and comfort.

🌿 Step 3: Paperwork & Confirmation

All new clients complete:

  • Client Intake Form

  • Pet & Home Profile

  • Pet Care Service Agreement

  • Veterinary Release Form (if applicable)

Once your service dates are confirmed and your deposit is received, your reservation is officially booked.

🌴 For Existing Clients

Booking is simple — just call, text, or email to reserve:

  • Overnight pet sitting

  • Overnight house sitting (no pets required)

  • Extended stays

  • Seasonal or second-home check-ins

  • Selective midday walks (for existing clients only)

We recommend contacting us as early as possible, especially for:

  • holidays

  • summer travel

  • long trips

  • peak island seasons

Because we accept only 6–10 households per year, early booking ensures your spot.
