As a boutique service that accepts just 6–10 households per year, referrals mean everything to us — and we believe they deserve thoughtful appreciation.

If you’re an existing client and refer someone who becomes a new Cozy Companions client, you’ll receive:

Extended checkout time on a future stay

No discounts. No gift cards. Just thoughtful touches that make your experience even warmer and more personalized.
🌴 Who Can Join the Referral Circle?
We welcome referrals for:
Hilton Head Island full-time residents
Sea Pines homeowners
Shipyard homeowners
Palmetto Dunes homeowners
Second-home owners who travel seasonally
Pet families with calm, well-behaved dogs or cats
Homeowners needing overnight house sitting
We do not accept referrals for:
short-term rentals
VRBO/Airbnb properties
tourist visits
drop-in only clients
off-island homes
This helps us maintain the calm, boutique structure our clients value.
🌊 How to Refer Someone
Simply have them text or call us, share our website or contact page and ask them to mention your name during their inquiry.
Once they complete:
a Meet & Greet
required paperwork
at least one booked overnight stay
…you’ll automatically receive your appreciation gift or upgrade.
There is no limit to the number of referral thank-yous you can receive — we love expressing gratitude for our amazing island clients.
